Interview Prep and Export

Carry learning outcomes into interview simulation, review reports, archive findings, and export with confidence.

Goal

Use the current product flow to move from learning and resume optimization into mock interview practice, then route the results back into your next iteration.

Who This Is For

  • Users who already finished at least one resume optimization round
  • Users who want interview practice tied to learning gaps instead of random question drilling
  • Users who need a cleaner review path from report to archive to next export

Outcome

After this guide, you should have:

  • One learning plan or research-backed preparation path
  • One mock interview session or report
  • One archived interview outcome or clear follow-up note
  • One checked export-ready resume version
  1. Open the learning center and generate a plan if you have not done it yet.
  2. Use research and the knowledge base to deepen weak areas before starting the simulation.
  3. Enter interview simulation from the learning-center cross-entry so the practice remains connected to the same project.
  4. Configure the session with the right mode, knowledge-point scope, time pressure, and follow-up setting.
  5. Complete the interview and review the result page first, then open the full report for detailed feedback.
  6. On the report page, review strengths, weaknesses, knowledge gaps, and question-by-question breakdown.
  7. Archive useful interview entries so strong answers, weak answers, and reference material remain searchable later.
  8. If the report shows repeated gaps, route those items back into learning center or the resume workspace before the next export.
  9. Only export after the latest resume version has been previewed and the interview findings have been reflected where needed.

Newer Features Worth Using

  • Research results can now be imported into the knowledge base directly from the learning flow.
  • Knowledge-base accumulation and learning chat make it easier to continue interview prep without leaving the current project.
  • Interview simulation now has a formal guide, a replay entry, a full report view, and archive follow-through.
  • The latest interview report can also be surfaced as a workspace action card when it becomes the most relevant next step.

FAQ

  • Should I practice before or after learning-center work?
    • Usually after at least one plan or research pass, so the interview session reflects your real target gaps.
  • When should I archive an interview?
    • When the report contains reusable phrasing, repeated weak points, or evidence you want to revisit in later applications.
  • How do export and interview prep connect?
    • Interview feedback often reveals missing evidence, weak narratives, or unclear positioning that should be fixed before the next export.
